Fredrick R. Susaneck is a graduate of the University of Florida and its law school.

He is listed in Who's Who of American Universities and Colleges and is a member of Florida Blue Key.

He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981 and to the United States District Court, Southern District in 1988.

Mr. Susaneck was an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit for six years, where he was a Felony Division Chief.

He has lectured for the Florida Bar at the Seminars regarding DUI defenses.

He has also authored an article for the DUI Journal in 1995. Mr. Susaneck has been lead counsel in at least 170 non-jury trials and 255 jury trials and 400 administrative hearings and has argued cases at the appellate level.

Mr. Susaneck is one of the attorneys who meets Palm Beach County Circuit Court's qualifications to be Court Appointed to represent indigent clients charged with First Degree Murder punishable by death.

Mr. Susaneck joined the firm in 1987, is the partner in charge of the West Palm Beach office and the head of the Firm's Travel Division regularly representing clients throughout the country.

Mr. Susaneck became a firm partner on May 1, 1995.
